Mrs Obiano the founder of Caring Family Enhancement Initiative is one of the rare mothers with extra heart of compassion and total care. She trained over 300 hundred indigent women and widows on various skills , which she empowered on March 17th during her one year in the office as the wife of an Executive Governor Anambra State.
The Caring heart having monitored the empowered skilled women found out that some accessories were missing for some categories of the trained ladies. She quickly summoned the Batch A that were trained on Soap making and handed over to 21 of them the missing soap making accessories which was missing in the previous empowerment items they were given.
