Hi, CAFE is about to do a 3rd phase
of prosthetic hands fitting to Ndi-Anambra that needs it, hence this
announcement is to enable wider publicity to the concerned citizens for
effective coverage.

SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ON CAFE
In continuation of the free provision
of artificial hands through her pet-project, Caring Family Enhancement
Initiatives (CAFE), the wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Chief Mrs. Ebelechukwu
Obiano, shall commence the 3rd phase of the project to put a smile
on the faces of persons with disabilities in the State.
Ndi-Anambra who have need for
artificial hands are hereby directed to submit their personal data to the office of the wife of the
Governor of Anambra State Government House, Awka immediately.
The
details include:
1 .Name of beneficiary
2. Age of beneficiary
3. Data he or she lost the
hand
4. Reason for losing the
hand
5. The person must appear
physically at Her Excellency office in order to measure accurately the residual
arm.
Ndi-
Anambra should, therefore be their brother’s keeper by circulating this
information to the concern individuals.
